Classroom Photos and Updated Word Wall Words

I thought I would share photos of my polka dot themed classroom and my old cow print classroom through Shutterfly.  I noticed a lot of my Shutterfly photos on Pinterest and thought I would share them through this blog, too.  Click on {here} or the picture below to hop over to Shutterfly. This summer, I plan on making all of the items below in plain black and white polka dots, too.  If there is an interest, I will also make them in cow print or primary colored polka dots.

  9. I LOVE your room, amazing labels, and all things polka dot! I have green, pink, and zebra in my room this year, but I've been getting the itch for a change. I'm thinking colorful polka dots might be the way to go next year! Thanks for sharing!! 🙂

  12. I love the polka dots! Those storage cubes are adorable! Are they sturdy enough for the kiddos to sit on? They look so much better than the ugly chairs my kiddies sit on.

  13. So do you print all of these things at home off of a regular printer then laminate??? Seems like a lot of ink… is there a better way?

    • I print them all at home. I bought an Epson WP-4020 printer that is good on ink and a GCB Heat Seal Laminator from Amazon. The laminating sheets are so cheap on Amazon as compared to Office Supply Stores.   15. I love the polka dot storage cubes for seats! I am going to check big lots back to school section to see if they have any this year. Do you remember how much they were? Thanks for being such an inspiration for us to make our classrooms cuter! 🙂

    • You are welcome! They were $19 each. They did not hold up well, so I don't recommend buying them unless you can lift them each day so the custodian does not bang into them with his broom. I think that is what did it. Or maybe keep them on a carpeted area. I am so sad, because they were so pretty.

  16. I downloaded your Polka Dot Word Wall cards from TPT. I want to add some new words, so I downloaded the google doc, but i cant download it to a PowerPoint, any help is greatly appreciated!
