Black and White Polka Dot Classroom Decor Ideas

I just finished a huge Black and White Polka Dot Decor bundle and thought it would be a great time share some of my black and white polka dot decor ideas.   

The fabulous thing about black and white polka dots is that they never go out of style and you can find black and white polka dot items just about anywhere!  I purchased a ton of black and white polka dot fabric from Jo-Ann’s and made all my seat covers and table cloths.  I used a staple gun to cover the chair below with polka dot fabric.  It was an easy fix!

The bench cushion below was also made with fabric from Jo-Ann’s.  The “Elementary Cool” pillow is from Dirtsa Studios on Etsy. 

I purchased a ton of black and white polka dot ribbon.  I believe the ribbon I used below, to secure my pocket chart, was from Michaels.

Not into sewing?  I purchased this tablecloth below from Amazon {click here} and then covered it with two yards of clear plastic from Jo-Ann’s.

My classroom library is labeled in all black and white polka dots!  You can purchase the classroom library book bin labels {HERE} & the leveled library book bin labels {HERE}.

The bright sturdy bins below are from Big Lots a few seasons back.  I have also seen some at Ocean State Job Lot. 
Another decor tip I learned from Melanie of Schoolgirl Style is to use wrapping paper as a background!

When decorating your classroom, don’t forget to decorate your door!  I like to layer my borders.
