I thought I would share some of my favorite old and new winter themed activities I do in my classroom. You can click on the images to check out the packets on TpT. As always, feel free to pin!
I just finished the math centers below to compliment my EngageNY math curriculum. I have included differentiated worksheets for some of the centers. You pick and choose what works for you and your students. My kiddos love using manipulatives and work-mats. They think of centers as “fun time!”
My kiddos also love these “graphtivities” or “craftivities.” They love to see which choice “won.” Since I make a different “graphtivity” for each month, the kids require little teacher support by this time in the year!
This penguin math craftivity is from my Penguin Packet, you can check it out {here} and you can check out a free version of it {here}.
More from my penguin packet:
Last year, I added interactive science notebook pages to this Penguin Packet. You can also purchase the interactive notebook pages separately in my Penguin Interactive Notebook File.
Right before Christmas, we made these cute little ornaments with fake snow from The Dollar Store and plastic ornaments from Michaels. We used paint pens to draw the snowman face.
You can grab the tags for FREE {HERE}.
I just grabbed this book from Amazon.com and I LOVE it. Click {here} to check it out. I think I will use it with our upcoming States of Matter unit.
Here are a few more of my favorite winter themed books:
I hope you check out these packets in my TpT store and the links!
