Here are some of the read alouds I am utilizing this week.
Here are some pictures of a few of the activities from my packet:
Last week we finished up our pumpkin unit and we dissected a pumpkin to label the parts. The guinea pigs enjoyed the treat!
We shared the other half with Mocha the rabbit next door. Then she stopped by to visit. She is so sweet and soft.
The computer lab was closed on Friday, so I did this cute number line activity from Cara Carroll’s FrankenFun packet with the kiddos. First we watched this cute little video about Frankenstein. They loved it.
Story: Frankenstein read by Greg Vaughan for… by speakaboos
Then we did Cara Carroll’s Frankeline activity. How cute are they?!
This weekend I went to a Great Gatsby themed Gala for Southside Hospital. I rented this dress from Rent the Runway. I will definitely try them again! They send two sizes and you get $25 off on your first rental. Click {HERE} to check them out.
Have a great week!

We are doing Bats, too! I'm quite terrified of bats, but my students ♥ them 🙂
Thanks for the great tips!

Bats are always a student favorite! When I was teaching in an alternative education classroom, we had a rabbit. The roughest students were so gentle with our little guy. Your guinea pigs are adorable, too! Your classroom is so colorful and engaging! Thank you for sharing!
