I'm so glad y'all are doing this. Marcia Tate came to one of the schools in my district and my school was lucky enough to get to see her presentation. She's amazing!

I can remember taking this class as a first year teacher 15 years ago. At the time Marcia Tate worked in the same county school system. I'm so glad you all are doing this book study. She provides strategies that are researched based that engage the brain. Can't wait to be a part of the conversation. I have to go look into my teacher library to resurfaced my book. 🙂

As a NYer, I remember that day well. I knew people who passed away in the towers. I knew people who have passed away since then through 9/11 related illness. Sadly, my sister-in-laws father was one of them.
