    Erica,
I teach second grade in South Carolina, but I follow your blog and learn so much from you! I just saw your shutterfly post and wondered what the j'adorable storage/stools are. They look like milk crates with upholstered seats, but they're way too cute because you can't see through them. So, what's the secret? Did you cover crates, or are they something totally different?

Teacher truth: class sizes matter to both students Teacher truth: class sizes matter to both students and teachers.

It is a Sunday night and I am at home prepping for the week. As a 25 year veteran teacher, I should have everything done. I should be able to get everything done at school but I can’t. Maxed out classes sizes mean that I can get much less prepping done during my preps.

If you are a tired and frustrated teacher of a maxed out class. I hear you and am right there with you.

I absolutely LOVED that our PTA made it free this year. It made all 25 students very happy. How does your school handle the pumpkin patch.
